Catsburg Country Store
Durham, North CarolinaBuilt in the 1920s by Sheriff Eugene Belvin, nicknamed “Cat” for his stealth prowess catching bootleggers. It became a local landmark for its high false front and painted image of a black cat. The historic structure has been offered free to anyone who can move it.
