James Castle Cottage

Castle was a self-taught artist (1899-1977), born deaf, who made drawings, constructions and books using only found materials. This “Cozy Cottage” was his home and studio for the last 15 years of his life. It is currently being restored and will be returned to the James Castle Home site in Boise, Idaho.
